What I collect and why

I only collect what I need to book, treat and look after you safely.

What Why Legal basis
Name, email, phone number To manage your bookings and contact you about your appointment Contract (providing the treatment you booked)
Card details To secure your booking and apply the cancellation policy. Card details are held by Square, not by me Contract
Consultation form answers, including health information (medications, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, recent treatments) To check a treatment is safe and suitable for you Your explicit consent, given when you complete the form
Treatment notes To keep a record of what was done and plan future treatments Legitimate interests (providing safe, consistent care); explicit consent for any health details
Messages and photos you send through the contact form or WhatsApp To answer your question and recommend a treatment Your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me. Without the consultation information, I may not be able to carry out a treatment safely.

Who I share it with

I never sell your information or share it for marketing. I only use trusted services that help me run the business:

  • Square: online booking, payments and card storage. See Square's privacy notice for how they handle your data.
  • Email and website hosting: Gmail and Hosting.com, to receive your messages and run this website.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or with a medical professional in an emergency.

Some of these services may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legal safeguards such as UK-approved contract terms.

How long I keep it

  • Client records (contact details, consultation forms, treatment notes): [7] years after your last appointment, in line with common practice for treatment records and in case of any later questions or claims.
  • Enquiries and photos from people who don't go on to book: deleted within [3 months].
  • Payment records: as long as required for tax and accounting, usually 6 years.

After that, I delete your information securely.
